# Oxygen

### Localidad: Manchester, Reino Unido

Las zonas de gimnasio y piscina de Oxygen de la promotora de viviendas Property Alliance Group requerían que las obras se iniciaran antes de que se retiraran las grúas de la torre y antes de que el edificio se impermeabilizara, condiciones ideales para un producto resistente al moho y de rápida instalación como Specwall, que puede instalarse en cualquier condición meteorológica. El uso de una alternativa de mampostería habría requerido una gran cantidad de andamios en los muros de 6,2m de altura y habría duplicado el período de construcción. El uso de Specwall eliminó este problema y supuso un importante ahorro en el proyecto del cliente.
