La momentul finalizării, Ciel Tower va fi cel mai înalt hotel din lume, cu o înălțime de 365m și 78 de etaje. Situat în Dubai Marina, acesta este un proiect emblematic, care va reseta piața globală a hotelurilor de lux. Specwall a fost ales pentru a înlocui gips-cartonul și zidăria în cadrul proiectului, după ce clientul principal și antreprenorul au fost impresionați de sistem în urma vizitelor pe șantierele existente.

Instalarea rapidă, manevrarea ușoară și simplitatea instalării sistemelor electrice și conducte, alături de panourile de perete, au fost toate menționate de dezvoltator ca fiind avantaje importante ale utilizării Specwall. Toate părțile au fost mulțumite de produsul Specwall, iar proiectul se anunță a fi un mare succes.
