Specwall recibió instrucciones para un local comercial situado debajo de un bloque de apartamentos residenciales en The Crescent Salford. La edificación debía separarse en tres partes con un entresuelo de dos niveles, lo que planteaba serios problemas de diseño tanto para las paredes de bloques como para las de estructura metálica. La versatilidad de Specwall y su facilidad de instalación lo convirtieron en la opción perfecta para completar este trabajo.
